Overnight delivery may be available for selected delivery locations.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier and our customer support team immediately. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
We make every effort to verify shipping addresses provided during checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we may contact the customer for correction. If we are unable to obtain a valid address, the order may be canceled and refunded.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through the contact details provided on our website.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, a replacement or refund may be issued. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation process to be completed.
